We are excited to present this vintage Brazilian inlaid wood tray with real Morpho butterfly wings.
A Brazilian inlaid wood tray with real morpho butterfly wings is a stunning piece of art that showcases the beauty of nature. The tray is made from mahogany, that has been skill-fully inlaid with intricate patterns of contrasting woods.
The highlight of this beautiful tray are the real morpho butterfly wings that have been expertly encapsulated under glass inlays within the wooden framework. The vibrant iridescent blue and green hues of the butterfly’s wings make for a striking contrast against the warm tones of the wood.
This type of artwork is a traditional craft from Brazil and requires great skill and craftsmanship to create. Morpho butterflies are native to South America, including Brazil, and their wings have been used by local artisans for centuries to create truly unique pieces.
A Brazilian inlaid wood tray with real morpho butterfly wings can be used both as a functional item or displayed as decorative art. Whether serving drinks to guests or simply adorning a side table, this piece will add a touch of sophistication and natural beauty to any space.

Caring for your items.
Vintage period and original items, such as leather seating, will always have a natural patina in the form of cracking, creasing and wear.
We recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost and to keep out of sunlight.
For Hand-Dyed leather items, we don't recommend placing them in direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as they will dry out and fade.
For wood, we recommend regular, thorough cleaning and waxing also.
